Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. The service
allConverter is a free service for converting files between formats. The conversion takes place in the user's browser, on their own device: the site operator does not receive the files. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Permitted use
You may only convert files that belong to you or that you have the right to use and modify. In particular, you may not use the service to:
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights;
- circumvent technical protection measures (DRM) or password protection;
- process unlawful content;
- interfere with the operation or security of the site, for example through excessive automated requests.
You alone are responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results.
3. Quality of the results
We make every effort to ensure conversions are correct, but formats are not all equivalent: some information may be lost or represented differently (for example document layout, metadata, layers, animations, 3D materials). Always check the result and keep your original files.
4. Availability
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device and browser. We may change, limit or suspend the service at any time.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site, in particular for loss of data or incorrect conversion results. Liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, remains unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, graphics and code of the site are protected by copyright. The site uses open-source components that are distributed under their own licences; the licence texts and notices are available in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. The names of formats and products mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Advertising and external links
The site may contain advertisements and links to third-party websites, clearly identified as such. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites or for the advertised offers.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is [TOWN, e.g. Lugano], Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain reserved, in particular the right of consumers to bring proceedings at the courts of their place of residence.
10. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
